Shape ShifterCATEGORYEditorialPROJECT DETAILSMy thesis book explores how design can become a tool for cultivating mindfulness and presence. Drawing from Buddhist rituals, meditation, and sensory experiences, I investigate how visual and spatial design can gently interrupt distraction and create moments of heightened awareness. The project spans everyday objects, immersive virtual environments, and installations, weaving personal reflections with interviews with mindfulness practitioners. Shape Shifter is both research and personal inquiry—a search for how design can offer refuge and connection in a rapidly moving world.
